Fabric Sofas

Which fabric is right for you?

Chenille and velvet are soft and rich in colour, ideal for formal rooms. Flat weaves and linen-look fabrics are the workhorses — hard-wearing, easy to spot-clean, good with children and pets. Boucle and textured weaves hide marks and add depth to plain rooms. Every fabric we sell is rated for domestic use and meets UK fire-safety regulations, and you can take swatches home from the showroom.

Sizes, shapes and what fits

A two-seater fabric sofa is usually 150–175cm wide, a three-seater 190–215cm, and a corner anything from 230cm up. Measure your doorway and hallway as well as the wall — most of our sofas have removable feet, and we'll tell you the packed size before you order. If you're not sure, bring a photo and the measurements to the showroom and we'll work it out with you.
