General Questions
How long will delivery take for my furniture?
Delivery times vary from product to product. If we have the product in stock, delivery to you will typically take up to a week, whereas our made-to-order sofas can take up to 20 weeks to be manufactured and delivered.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Mainland UK for a standard shipping cost that will be determined at the checkout, depending on what product you order.
We do not do international orders, sorry!
Can I come and try my sofa out before I purchase it?
Feel free! We’ve a huge showroom in Rotherham open Monday to Saturday 10am-5pm and 10-4pm on Sundays. You’ll find all of our ex-display sofas for you to view and test at your leisure, alongside display units of our made-to-order range.

What condition are your ex-display suites in?
All of our ex-display suites come in great condition. There may be slight marks to the suite but there should be no greater signs of damage. If you encounter any issues, please Contact Us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Are your outdoor furniture covers waterproof?
Yes, they’re entirely weatherproof and will protect your outdoor furniture from any damage caused by the elements.
Rattan Furniture FAQ
Can I wash my Rattan cushion covers?
We do not recommend placing your cushion covers in the wash, as this will likely affect their showerproof properties. Instead, try a non-abrasive cloth with a small amount of soap to wash away dirt or stains.
Is my Rattan set waterproof?
Your set is showerproof as standard, but not waterproof. It will need a protective cover to withstand damage from the elements, which are sold separately. Please Contact Us if you are not sure which cover your set needs.
How does my Rattan set fit together?
Most of our Rattan sets simply require pushing together in order to form the full set. Each piece arrives with no assembly required, meaning you can relax with your set straight out of the box.
What material are your Rattan sets made from?
The rattan featured in our sets is a PE synthetic blend, which gives the furniture the appearance of the original delicate vine but with far more durability. Each piece of furniture is hand-woven, so there may be slight differences between each part in a set, but this simply contributes to its charm!
Do you sell [x] separately?
Unfortunately we are only able to sell our rattan pieces in their original sets. This includes cushions, cushion covers, set-exclusive firepits, chairs, tables and footstools.
We do, however, sell parasols, cushion boxes, ice buckets and certain firepits individually. This also applies to outdoor covers.
What colours do your Rattan sets come in?
Typically, our rattan sets come in Grey or Brown, however we also stock many Black sets.
