About the Layton Fabric Sofa & Chaise Collection with Plush Cushions
The Layton is a low-backed fabric sofa with plush, fully filled cushions and generous proportions. It comes in a range of subdued colours, including grey, beige, green and orange, and each piece arrives with large contrasting scatter cushions and smaller patterned ones.
The large chaise, left or right facing, gives you somewhere to put your feet up, and there are sofas in three widths, a chair and a stool to go with it. At 79cm high, it's lower than most of our sofas, which suits rooms with low windows. The 3 seater is 227cm wide and 100cm deep.

Caring for fabric
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth — don't rub. For bigger marks use a water-based upholstery cleaner and test it on a hidden area first. Turn and plump loose cushions regularly so they wear evenly.

Yes. Delivery is free to any address on the UK mainland, into the room you want it in, by our own two-person team who take the packaging away. We ring you to book a day. We don't deliver to islands or anywhere that needs a sea crossing, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free to any address on the UK mainland: England, Wales and Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands. We don't deliver anywhere that needs a ferry or sea crossing, so we can't take orders for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish islands or the Channel Islands. If you're not sure whether your address is covered, call us on 01709 376633 before you order.
How long will it take?
For this piece: 6–8 weeks. We give you a realistic timescale when you order, not an optimistic one, and we ring to book the delivery day once it's ready.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
In-stock and ex-display pieces: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method. Ex-display furniture is sold as seen, so please check its condition before you buy.
Made to order: anything you choose a fabric or leather for (three or more swatch options) is made specifically for you, so it can't be cancelled or returned once it's in production. Double-check your size and colour before you pay, or call 01709 376633 the same day if you need to change something.
Faulty or damaged: tell us straight away with your order number, photos and the delivery date and we'll put it right with the manufacturer. That's your statutory right and nothing above affects it. Full details: cancellations and returns policy.
What does the guarantee cover?
This range comes with the manufacturer's guarantee for this range, which we'll confirm before you order. It covers manufacturing faults in the frame and construction, not accidental damage or normal wear such as cushions softening. We'll confirm the exact terms for your order before you buy.
