This Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions.


Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We utilise both a FREE in-house delivery service if your address is local to the Rotherham area (we cover Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Sheffield) and an outside courier if your delivery zone is outside of these areas. 

If you are local to our showroom, you can contact us to arrange in-house free delivery. Otherwise, all purchases through our website will need to include the £89 fee for your product to be delivered.

Shipping Fees

Our flat rate for shipping is £89. This fee covers any number of items you purchase in a single order to a single address.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
After placing your order, we will be in touch to let you know an estimate for when your item will be delivered. For made-to-order items (this includes all models with 3 or more swatch options), we receive updates from the manufacturer of the product, which we then pass on to you. We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates if your item is still in production as this is in the manufacturers' hands. If you require an update, we can chase your order up for you. Please email us at sales@homeflair.com for any enquiries regarding delivery. Once our courier has collected your order from our shop, they will be in touch with you either via email or phone to arrange a delivery date and time. Our courier will not turn up to your address without an appointment.



DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

We only deliver to mainland UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Ireland at this time, nor addresses over the water.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
