You can’t see inside your sofa, but rest assured, we only use the highest quality materials in there too. Frames are made from selected hardwoods, each dowelled, glued and screwed for trouble-free long life. The standard specification for most models includes coil sprung seating for extra durability, matched with nine-gauge ‘D’arch serpentine springs carefully spaced for maximum support. All generously covered in premium fillings to give you the ultimate in comfort.”

Caring for leather
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry straight away. Use a dedicated leather cleaner for anything more than dust, never household sprays or solvents. Condition every 6 to 12 months to keep the hide supple, and keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, which fade and dry leather.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free to mainland England, Wales and Scotland, to the room you want it in. For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, call us on 01709 376633 for a quote before you order.
How long will it take?
For this piece: 8–12 weeks. We give you a realistic timescale when you order, not an optimistic one, and we ring to book the delivery day once it's ready.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
In-stock and ex-display pieces: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method. Ex-display furniture is sold as seen, so please check its condition before you buy.
Made to order: anything you choose a fabric or leather for (three or more swatch options) is made specifically for you, so it can't be cancelled or returned once it's in production. Double-check your size and colour before you pay, or call 01709 376633 the same day if you need to change something.
Faulty or damaged: tell us straight away with your order number, photos and the delivery date and we'll put it right with the manufacturer. That's your statutory right and nothing above affects it. Full details: cancellations and returns policy.
What does the guarantee cover?
This range comes with the manufacturer's guarantee for this range, which we'll confirm before you order. It covers manufacturing faults in the frame and construction, not accidental damage or normal wear such as cushions softening. We'll confirm the exact terms for your order before you buy.
How do I pay?
Pay in full by card, use Shop Pay for a quick checkout, or choose Klarna at checkout to split the cost. In the showroom, leave a 20% deposit to secure your order and pay the balance any time before delivery.
Can I see it before I buy?
Many of our ranges are on display at our Parkgate showroom in Rotherham, open seven days — where a range is on the floor, the product page says "See it in person" in the details section. Sit on it, feel the fabric and check the size against something real. No commission, no pressure.

Questions people ask before ordering
Will it fit through my door?
Measure the narrowest doorway on the way to the room, inside the frame, and compare it with the smallest dimension in the specifications. Most UK internal doors are 76 to 83 cm. If it's close, ring us before you order — we deliver into terraces, flats and farmhouses every week and will tell you honestly.
Is real leather worth it over faux leather?
For a sofa that's sat on every day, yes. Faux leather looks similar when new but the surface wears through within a few years; a real hide, wiped and conditioned occasionally, lasts decades and looks better as it ages.
