About the Isobella Fabric Manual Recliner Sofa Collection, Charcoal or Grey
The Isobella is a manual recliner sofa with a twin padded arm design that gives it a softer, more rounded look than most recliners. Deep-filled cushions make it a comfortable sofa to sink into, and the fabric is soft to the touch.
Pocket springs topped with foam and Dacron fibre support the seats, and fibre-filled backs provide lumbar support. Choose Charcoal or Grey fabric for the 218cm sofa, 160cm loveseat and 102cm chair, all 103cm deep and 106cm high.

Caring for fabric
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush. Blot spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth — don't rub. For bigger marks use a water-based upholstery cleaner and test it on a hidden area first. Turn and plump loose cushions regularly so they wear evenly.

What are twin padded arms?
Each arm has two layers of padding, one on top of the other, giving a rounded, pillowy shape.
Is the Isobella electric?
No. It's a manual recliner across the whole range.
What's the difference between Charcoal and Grey?
Charcoal is a deep, near-black grey. Grey is a lighter mid tone. Ask us for swatches if you'd like to compare them at home.
How big is the Isobella 3 seater?
218cm wide, 103cm deep and 106cm high.
Can I buy the Isobella as a set?
Yes. There's a 3 and 2 seater set and a 3 seater with two chairs.
Will it fit through my door?
Measure the narrowest doorway on the way to the room, inside the frame, and compare it with the smallest dimension in the specifications. Most UK internal doors are 76 to 83 cm. If it's close, ring us before you order — we deliver into terraces, flats and farmhouses every week and will tell you honestly.
Can I change the fabric or colour?
On made-to-order ranges, yes — usually from dozens of fabrics, which you can see and feel in the showroom or ask us to post as swatches. Ex-display and in-stock pieces are sold as they are.
Do you deliver, and is it really free?
Yes. Delivery is free to any address on the UK mainland, into the room you want it in, by our own two-person team who take the packaging away. We ring you to book a day. We don't deliver to islands or anywhere that needs a sea crossing, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free to any address on the UK mainland: England, Wales and Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands. We don't deliver anywhere that needs a ferry or sea crossing, so we can't take orders for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish islands or the Channel Islands. If you're not sure whether your address is covered, call us on 01709 376633 before you order.
How long will it take?
For this piece: 3–4 weeks. We give you a realistic timescale when you order, not an optimistic one, and we ring to book the delivery day once it's ready.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
In-stock and ex-display pieces: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund to your original payment method. Ex-display furniture is sold as seen, so please check its condition before you buy.
Made to order: anything you choose a fabric or leather for (three or more swatch options) is made specifically for you, so it can't be cancelled or returned once it's in production. Double-check your size and colour before you pay, or call 01709 376633 the same day if you need to change something.
Faulty or damaged: tell us straight away with your order number, photos and the delivery date and we'll put it right with the manufacturer. That's your statutory right and nothing above affects it. Full details: cancellations and returns policy.
What does the guarantee cover?

Can I see it before I buy?
Many of our ranges are on display at our Parkgate showroom in Rotherham, open seven days — where a range is on the floor, the product page says "See it in person" in the details section. Sit on it, feel the fabric and check the size against something real. No commission, no pressure.
