For seasonal cleaning—especially after winter exposure—your set may need a deeper clean. In this case, you can gently wash the fabric with a jet washer on a low/soft setting (ensure you do not spray too closely). Dealing with Stubborn Stains

For tougher stains that don’t lift easily, mix the following solution and clean the affected area:

• 150ml bleach

• 40ml mild soap

• 2 litres water

Always allow the cushions to air dry after cleaning or rainfall. Drying times vary depending on the weather, humidity, and sunlight exposure.

How to Clean Aluminium Frames

Your aluminium frames may collect dust or debris when exposed to the elements or kept in storage. These can be cleaned quickly using:

• Warm soapy water

• A soft sponge

The frames will usually air dry within an hour.

• Wait until the fire pit is completely cool before cleaning

• Use warm soapy water only—never use flammable or corrosive cleaners

• Keep the burner and surrounding areas dry during cleaning

• Do not submerge the gas control valve—if it gets wet, replace it immediately

Before Each Use – Safety Inspection

Check the following before lighting:

• Stones are completely dry

• No gas odour or yellow-tipped flames

• Flame reaches desired temperature

• Fire pit does not produce unusual ‘popping’ noises

• Burner and air vents are free from obstructions

Tip: Spiders and insects may nest in the burner holes—use a pipe cleaner or compressed air to clear them.

General Fire Pit Tips

• All fire pits come with 85cm gas hoses – always check that the regulator is securely attached and undamaged

• Disconnect the gas bottle when not in use

• Always use a lid or protective cover on the heating element when the fire pit is off

• Store the glass surround safely when not in use

• Never store or cover the fire pit until it is completely cool
